Mr. Weiller is President of York Commercial Lending llc specializing in brokerage, consulting and financing of income property. We are correspondent of a full service direct mortgage lender specializing in the financing of multifamily, office, retail, hotels, senior housing and small business loans throughout the country we finance deals directly having underwriters on staff. NYCONN Commercial Capital & Realty/NY Commercial Lending is correspondent of a licensed HUD lender and specializes in 80-90% HUD non-recourse loans for multifamily and senior housing acquisition rehabilitation and construction.

He has over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate business which includes investment property sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation. His experience includes the national representation of two major publishing companies with office space portfolios of 1 and 3 million square feet respectively. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate financing professional Mr. Weiller specialized in the World Trade Center submarket of New York City and was a business partner with one of the top dealmakers/ leasing brokers in the country. They completed many major transactions together including: the sale of the Colgate Development Site in Jersey City, NJ, with 6 million square feet of development rights to Hartz Mountain/Leonard Stern and two 1 million sq. ft. leases with Prudential Securities and Paine Webber Securities respectively and the sale of 100,000 sq. ft. of air rights on Broadway to the Related Companies.
Mr. Weiller has represented Fortune 500 companies in the management of multi-million square foot portfolios had daily dealings with major property owners and completed many tax lien foreclosures in New Jersey. He worked through and in real estate in Downtown Manhattan during and after 9-11; holds brokers licenses in CT and NY.

Thomson Publishing Company
Acted as national real estate advisor for Thomson Publishing Company managing 3 million square feet of office space, including the following representative transactions:
- Negotiation of cash sale of a 28,000 square foot building and eight-acre site in Westchester County for Research Institute of America to Jerome Kohlberg and Company
- Site search, due diligence and lease negotiations for the consolidation and relocation for Research Institute of America to a 52,000 square foot building in Westchester County
- 30,000 square foot lease in Newark, NJ, at 2 Gateway Center
- 65,000 square foot lease in at 395 Hudson Street in Manhattan
- 25,000 square foot lease at 40 West 51 Street in Manhattan
VNU, USA
Served VNU, a major Dutch publishing company, in the relocation and consolidation of seven locations into 100,000 square feet in Midtown, Manhattan. Acted as national real estate advisor, managed a 1 million square foot portfolio of leased office space. Conducted multiple transactions on VNU’s behalf, locally and nationally, including several 35,000 square foot triple net leases of entire buildings in Coral Springs, FL and Virginia Beach, VA along with a 25,000 square foot office space lease in suburban Washington, DC (Roslyn, VA).
I/B/E/S International, Inc. - a Primark Company
As exclusive broker, represented I/B/E/S (Institutional Brokers Estimate Service) in the long-term subleasing of 44,000 square feet from The Bank of America at One World Trade Center.
Pergamon Press/Reed-Elsevier Science Publishing
Procured this 60,000 square foot exclusive brokerage assignment in Westchester County when tenant was already negotiating with short list landlords. Acted as broker and improved the economics of the transaction substantively.
Sandler O’Neill & Partners
Represented this growing investment bank in a 50,000 square foot expansion and relocation to 2 World Trade Center. Negotiations netted Sandler a $1 million savings in capital costs.
General Accident Insurance
Represented General Accident Insurance in the expansion, consolidation and relocation of it’s New York City operations in a long-term sublease from Lloyds Bank totaling 100,000 square feet. The transaction reflected deep discounts in both the market value and replacement value of the space.
Road Runner Associates/250 Mahopac Avenue/Route 6 Somers, Putnam County, New York – As leasing agent for owner successfully leased 6500 rentable square feet of retail space to Jim Smith Karate 3000 sq ft and TAB AUTO 3500 sq ft.
Han Dol (Hand of Stone) Korean Martial Arts Academy Danbury, CT – As Tenant Representative acquired 3000 sq. ft. of retail space from Hawley Associates, owner of 1 million sq. ft. of retail space, for one of the premier martial artists in the world.
Memberships include: The Real Estate Board of New York, Inc., and the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and CCIM.
He holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Quantitative Methods from Emory University; a B.S. in Economics from Alfred University and an MBA in Value Investing from Columbia University School of Business and is a CCIM candidate. Mr. Weiller is also an independent securities trader having been trained for more than five years by the Market Knowledge School of Trading personally by a seasoned Chicago floor trader.
Mr. Weiller is a active practitioner of martial arts and warrior philosophy including the ancient Korean Martial Art of Soo Bahk Do and the Japanese Samurai martial arts of Jujutsu, Japanese Sword and Samurai Weaponry. Other interests include metal sculpture, drawing and painting, having studied at Silvermine Guild of Art, New Canaan, CT, Fletcher Farm Art School, Ludlow, VT and the Art Students League, New York, NY. Mr. Weiller is a coffee connoisseur and enjoys blending and roasting his own coffee.
